We cover events together as a photo and video team in Berlin and Dresden. We also travel to other German cities on request.
How we work.
DURING THE EVENT.
We cover your event with photography, video or both, capturing the key moments, the atmosphere and what happens throughout the event. We agree with you in advance on which parts of the programme to focus on.
AFTER THE EVENT.
Afterwards, we review the material and take care of photo editing and the video edit. Delivery dates, formats, usage rights and digital delivery are agreed in the quote.

How do you calculate the cost of event coverage?
The price depends on the duration and scope of coverage. Send us the main details of your event and we will prepare an individual quote for photography, video or both.
How do you plan the duration of event coverage?
We tailor the coverage to your event. Whether you need us for specific parts of the programme or the whole event, we discuss the schedule and agree on start and finish times in advance.
When will we receive the edited images and footage?
We agree on the delivery date before you book. If you need images at short notice, for example on the day of the event for social media or press coverage, we discuss the options in advance.
What usage rights are included in the quote?
We agree on the usage rights you need for your website, social media and press in advance and include them in the quote.
Can we commission photo and video coverage together?
Yes. Marcus handles the photos and Julia the video production. On request, we cover company celebrations and other events together as a photo and video team.
Do you cover events throughout Germany?
Yes. We mainly work in Berlin and Dresden. On request, we also cover events throughout Germany.
